This policy covers visitors to our websites. If you create a Helix Field account, the Helix Field Privacy Policy governs the platform; this policy governs browsing and form submissions on the sites.
What we collect. Information you submit through our contact and signup forms (name, email, phone, company, message contents); and standard technical log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page) collected by our hosting and site software.
Cookies and tracking. Our sites use functional cookies (site session and security cookies, and form spam protection). Email delivery and contact form processing use Brevo, which may set functional cookies and track whether emails we send you are opened. We do not run advertising trackers, social media pixels, or session replay tools on these sites, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.
How we use it. To respond to your inquiries, provide information you request, send marketing email you can unsubscribe from at any time (every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address), operate and secure the sites, and understand aggregate site usage.
Service providers. Site hosting, form processing (Contact Form 7), and email (Brevo) providers process this data for us under their terms; Stripe processes payments only if and when you subscribe to the platform.
Retention. Form submissions and email correspondence are kept for up to 24 months, marketing lists until you unsubscribe, and technical logs on short rotation.
Children. These sites are for businesses and not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their information.
Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control. The sites do not currently respond to these browser signals; because we do not sell or share personal information, they would not change how we handle your data.
Your choices. Unsubscribe links stop marketing email; you may request a copy or deletion of the information we hold about you at helixfielddispatch@gmail.com. We honor all reasonable requests.
Changes. Updates will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date; material changes will be flagged on this page.
