Content and trademarks. Site content, the BAW and Helix Field names, logos, and designs are owned by BAW or its licensors. Nothing here grants you a license to them. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our products.
Forms and communications. Information you submit through contact or signup forms is handled as described in our Website Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not create a customer relationship; the platform relationship begins when you accept the Helix Field Terms of Service at account creation.

Governing law. Oklahoma law governs, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts sitting in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
