Landscaping business software built around the mow day.
Set up your weekly routes once and the jobs keep showing up on the calendar. Your crew opens the app and sees the day's stops in driving order, gate codes and all. You watch it all from a browser. That's the whole pitch.

Software that understands a Tuesday in July.
Forty yards, three crews, and a flat tire at 9 a.m. That's a normal Tuesday in this business, and it's the day we built Helix Field around.
Set the schedule once and stop reentering it.
Weekly mowing, biweekly beds, monthly detail visits. Put each property on a recurring plan and Helix Field drops the jobs on the calendar when they're due. Nobody types in forty stops on a Sunday night, and nobody's yard gets forgotten in August.
- Weekly, biweekly, and monthly visit patterns
- Plans generate jobs automatically, ready to dispatch
- Rain day? Push the route without breaking the plan

Mow days in the order the truck should drive them.
Put the day's stops in driving order on the dispatch board, from the shop out and back. The crew's phones show the same list in the same order, and a live job map shows the day's stops in driving order, so "when will you get to my house" gets a real answer.
- Dispatch board you reorder for each mow day
- Live job map for the office, powered by Mapbox
- Crews see their stops in driving order on their phone

Gate codes, dog warnings, and which yard eats trimmer line.
Every property gets a record: the gate code, the dog that needs the side gate latched, the sprinkler head hiding by the mailbox, the mower that actually fits the backyard. Notes ride along to every job at that property, and before and after photos build a history that settles "you never showed up" in about ten seconds.
- Customer and property records with codes and access notes
- Before and after photos attached to every job
- Customer signatures captured on site when you need them

Clock in at the first yard, sign off at the last.
Your crew clocks in and out from their phone, works the route in order, and attaches photos as they go. You can add checkpoints to a job, things like arrived, mowing, cleanup done, so you know what each visit really took. Hours go straight into payroll estimates for W-2 and 1099 crews in all 50 states.

The invoice goes out before the trailer is unloaded.
Build the estimate in spring, turn it into the job, and invoice from the same record the day the crew finishes. Customers pay by card online, and cash or checks get recorded so nothing lives in the glovebox. Card payments carry a 1% platform fee to BAW plus Stripe's or Square's standard processing; we would rather print that here than surprise you on the statement.
- Estimates, invoicing, and online card payments
- Cash and check recording for customers who pay old school
- An activity feed so the office sees every payment land

One system for the whole season.
The work changes every few months. Helix Field runs one time jobs right beside your recurring routes, so you're not fighting your own calendar every time the season turns.
Cleanups, mulch, first mows. Send estimates fast and slot one time jobs beside the weekly routes as they wake up.
Peak mowing. Recurring plans and route ordering carry the load while you quote the next install.
Leaf season and aeration. Add one time visits without wrecking the weekly calendar you spent March building.
Snow, lights, or nothing at all. Wind the routes down for winter and everything is right where you left it in spring.
Helix Field is built by BAW International, alongside working landscaping and pond maintenance crews in Oklahoma, running real routes in real heat. The features on this page exist because those crews asked for them.
Flat pricing by crew size. Every feature, every plan.
No feature gates and no "call for a quote" tier. Pick the size that fits your crew and everything on this page is included.

Compare us before you commit.
Landscaping software is a multiyear decision, so look at more than one option before you pick. We put together an honest side by side so you can see where Helix Field fits and where it doesn't. And if your work leans more toward water than turf, we build for pond maintenance and pool service crews too.
The questions landscapers ask us.
Does Helix Field handle recurring mowing schedules?
Yes. Put a property on a recurring plan, weekly, biweekly, or monthly, and the jobs show up on the calendar on their own. Change the plan once and every visit after it follows, so nothing falls off the schedule midseason.
Can I set the order of stops on a mow day?
Yes. Put the day's stops in driving order on the dispatch board and the crew's app shows them in that same order. There is a live map too, so when a customer calls asking where the crew is, you can just look.
Where do gate codes and property notes live?
On the property record. Gate codes, access notes, and site quirks are saved against the property and ride along to every job there, so a new crew member sees them on their phone without calling the office.
How much does Helix Field cost for a landscaping company?
Solo is $49 a month with 3 seats, Crew is $99 a month with 6 seats, and Team is $179 a month with 10 seats. Larger or multi branch operations can ask for an Enterprise quote on the pricing page. Extra seats are $22 a month, and annual billing includes a discount approximately equal to two monthly payments. Every plan includes every feature. There is no free tier and no free trial: you pick a plan, pay, and get to work.
What phones does the crew app run on?
iPhone and Android. The office side runs in any modern browser, so there is nothing to install at the desk.
Set it up tonight, run the route tomorrow.
Pick a plan, put your properties in, and the first mow day is on the board in the morning. Got a question first? Email us and we will get back to you.
