Every property gets a record: the gate code, the dog that needs the side gate latched, the sprinkler head hiding by the mailbox, the mower that actually fits the backyard. Your crew clocks in and out from their phone, works the route in order, and attaches photos as they go. You can add checkpoints to a job, things like arrived, mowing, cleanup done, so you know what each visit really took. Hours go straight into payroll estimates for W-2 and 1099 crews in all 50 states.
Build the estimate in spring, turn it into the job, and invoice from the same record the day the crew finishes. Customers pay by card online, and cash or checks get recorded so nothing lives in the glovebox. Card payments carry a 1% platform fee to BAW plus Stripe's standard processing; we would rather print that here than surprise you on the statement.
