Change your plan or seats, or cancel renewal yourself, in the app. Monthly changes can apply after we show the exact charge or credit. Annual changes are scheduled for renewal with no charge or credit today, so the plan and access already purchased stay unchanged through the paid year. There are no change fees and no phone call. All plans renew automatically each month or year at the then current price until you cancel renewal. Your first charge is at signup. Prices in USD; each yearly price includes a discount approximately equal to two monthly payments. Online card payments taken through Helix carry a 1% platform fee to BAW, with Stripe or Square processing fees separate; cash and cheques you record yourself carry no fee. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps access through the full paid term; voluntary cancellations do not create a prorated refund or account credit for unused time. Verified billing errors, legally required remedies, and express contractual remedies remain available. Refunds that a Helix customer issues to its own customers are separate.
